In early October I placed an order through the JCPenney sponsored site. The order number #241007090****** was given to me. On Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 5:19 AM, I received an email from JCPenney help @scgrer. site stating that my order was on the way and that my tracking number was AM55204******.I later received an email from TRACK718 containing my tracking number so I could track the package. I received another email from TRACK718 stating my package had arrived in Las Angeles, CA and would be delivered to my address by UPS or DHL.
Yesterday, Friday, November 1, 2024, at 2:09 PM CDT, I received yet another email from TRACK718 stating that the carrier had notified them that my package had been delivered and that I should contact my shipping carrier or seller if I did not receive the package.
I DID NOT receive the package, contacted (service @track718. net) and asked if they could give me the name of the carrier. They said they could not and that all they did was report between the carrier and the buyer. Not knowing who the carrier was I turned to UPS who usually carries our packages out this way and they had no record of it and stated that the tracking number was not one they usually used.
I need your help please. I either need to know who the carrier was so I can find out where my package is or I need a refund.
