I received the Johnson and Johnson vaccination on Tuesday April 6th. My arm only felt sore at the injection site. After 5 hours I began to feel chilly, achy, and feverish, but it was not unbearable. Those symptoms lasted for about 4 hours, I was able to sleep, and woke up a few hours later with a feverish feeling. I was taking extra strength Tylenol throughout, which helped a great deal. The following day. I felt slightly achy and tired, but | Symptoms: Fever, Chills, Body Ache, Soreness
