I ordered a Bose Wave Music System on 6\03\2023. The company sent me regular status reports for 16 days until I got the last report on 6\19\2023 saying the package had been delivered. I never got it. The date it was supposedly delivered was a postal holiday so I know the USPS didn't bring it. The time it was supposedly delivered was 3:17 AM! There was no way of contacting the company. Reading the reports sent in by others I should have gotten a package with some cheap article in it that wasn't ordered. I didn't even get that. I called the bank and they said they would investigate it. Maybe if this happens to enough people someone will start a class action lawsuit against Facebook.
