Safety Report: I just received a package that contained sunglasses that I I’d not order, Eight Mile, Magazine, Prichard, AL, USA

On September 3, 2023 I was charged $48.18 from ABT max discount which I thought was for a swimming pool. Of course, it turned out to be a scam and I haven’t been able to get any of my money back or even know where to start to get my money back and then today add received a package in the mail for a pair of sunglasses that I have not ordered and would not have ordered. So I believe this is connected and I would like to get my $48.18 back.
