I am reporting a scam web site, Forceress.com

Six months ago I ordered shoes from this company. They did not issue me a sales confirmation. The shoes did not arrive but I had received a delivery notice. They said they would issue me another pair as they were lost and the courier company would not take responsibility for the loss. The second pair did not arrive so I asked for a refund. It has been 5 months since I was promised a refund, but every time I inquire about it being processed I receive the same letter each time telling me the refund has not been processed, there is a long wait list, my bank is the problem, also they would keep me informed and updated but it never happens. I now believe this company is a scam company as I have read reports from customers about the very same experience as I have had. I have told them I do not believe there is any refund coming to me and that I am reporting their fraudulent practices to Scam Report.
