I ordered a landscape rake i thought I was ordering it from Costco because every page of the advertisement had Costco at the top. I paid $50,00 for the rake and never got it. My bank sent me a message that this was a scam transaction. I reported it as a scam, had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. The bank (Family Trust) now says that no error occurred and does not honor my dispute claim. So I'm out $50.00 and have received nothing.
