I was brought to the hospital unconscious and woke up to a doctor doing a pelvic examination on me. I was restrained and naked. It turns out I was drugged and brutally assaulted. I had done nothing wrong. I was treated like an animal. The nurse told me the ER doctor was pissed I was there because I had to be watched due to the drugs someone gave to me. I was scared had no idea what was going on. So I called a friend and my attorney because I was being restrained for no reason. The nurse unrestrained me. While on the phone with my attorney, three security guards came in screaming at me to get “ fuck” off the phone, the nurses and staff interjected stating I was fine and I was on the phone with my attorney. I expressed that they can not take my things, or touch me without my consent. The doctor came on furious. Again the nurses and staff were defending me. I had no idea why they were so angry with me. The doctor told the security guard to restrain me. Everyone was was screaming no! I was saying, I’m on the phone with my attorney, I do not consent. Why are you doing this? You violating my rights. The doctor then proceeded to say “ I fucking drug you again if you don’t listen!” Then he ripped my phone away from me and walked out of the room. My attorney was denied access to me. I not only was subjected to medical rape which they denied, but was treated inhumanely by a doctor that shouldn’t be practicing medicine. The nurses were horrified by his actions and tried to comfort me. This is how we treat victims? Doctors abuse them more. I have should medical trauma from that event that I can’t even go to a hospital or a doctors office with extreme emotional distress. I was later told 30 more women had this happen to them as the same facility. Don’t go to Danbury ER.
