I purchased a mini dress. It was delivered, but was the wrong size and material. It came with a customer service card, so I reached out for an exchange. I was given directions to take 3 pictures, one of the item, one of the sku, and one of the mailing label, and email them back. I did all of that and have heard nothing since. I have since sent 3 more emails. Still nothing.
