I've already reported my complaint, but I forgot to mention, these scammers did send me a address in China to return the package (that's if it's a really address).So if you think you may need it I'll forward it to you if you send me an email.

the China address is a scam you will not get a refund, they ask you to send back the stupid little earmuffs or scarfs. and want you to pay shipping and then they will offer you a refund for what you purchased but never received and tell you that they are holding back the shipping cost and will refund the difference, WHAT there was no shipping cost because nothing was ever shipped, it's all a scam, there needs to be A class action lawsuit. brought against these Jerks, this is how they make their living. cancel any accounts that you have put out there this is what they want so they can use your info later on,
