I ordered clothes online,paid for it but never received my package.
According to the tracking my parcel was delivered.
I have sent numerous emails and keep on getting the same email back...contact your local Post Office...I did go and check with them and not even the tracking nr was valid.
I demanded a refund and got another email back to say they will look into it...

I ordered clothes online...was advertised on facebook as Shein.
Never got my parcel but it shows that it has been delivered.
Payment was made to forceress.com hong kong.
After numerous emails I was now told to wait three to five days as the need to contact the warehouse.
