I too ordered the treadmill through the same QVC Online Outlet. They overcharged me by $1.00 and after MANY weeks, they sent a silk scarf. I contacted them. They stated they checked it out and it was a 3rd party who sent me the wrong thing. In order to get the right thing, I would have to send the wrong thing back, and show proof it was sent back. Then they would send the right thing. The other choice was to just accept what I got and they would send me back 40% of my purchase order. I wrote back and told them I figured it was a scam with them blaming a 3rd party. I would NOT send the item back and to just give me the 40% back. I have NOT heard from them since. When I try to report it on my credit card, it gives an error when I say the price charged was wrong. Live and learn, but these things make me so angry! Facebook is all about throwing false info on our posts, but they DO NOT throw FALSE info on all the advertisements that run on their social media. Sadly, this exact same thing has happened to me before with the purchase scam coming from China. I will NOT be ordering ANYTHING from the Facebook social media platform ever again. Let the consumer beware! Sadly technology lets scams run rampant with no course for getting any of your hard earned money back.
