Good evening,I need make you aware of one of your employees. Her name is T***. I frequently visit this store and be treated like I was an imposition.
The first time I had issues with her, I thought maybe she's having a bad, because we all have them, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
But then on the next visit it was continued with the attitude. And I can confirm that many of the customers feel the same way about her.
It's her attitude, and she's extremely rude.
If I had even a quarter of the rude attitude as she does, I would not have a job, and she doesn't deserve her job.
She really is not customer friendly, and I feel she is a detriment to your company. She is a mouthpiece, and I've seen her with customers in front of me being treated basically the same way as I have, but I've never said anything out of line to her, but she definitely doesn't like me for some reason. I've tipped her even with the attitude, thinking she would be more friendly, and had no bearing on the attitude. She is an awful person. If I had a business, and if my staff ever acted in any way like this, I would fire them on the spot. I can't tell you how to run your business, but I would be thankful that someone took the time to inform me of her unacceptable behavior.
