1) Employees are exposed to COVID-19 infection in that when an employee is confirmed COVID-19 positive, the employer is not informing coworkers of their possible exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace. 2) Employees are exposed to COVID-19 infection in that several employees have tested positive recently and close contacts in the workplace were not notified and required to quarantine as recommended by the CDC. 3) Employees are being exposed to COVID-19 infection in that when an employee is confirmed COVID-19 positive, the employer does not properly clean and disinfect common areas and commonly touched surfaces of the facility. 4) Employees are being exposed to COVID-19 infection in that the employer is not enforcing employees to wear a mask in accordance with CDC guidelines when social distancing is not feasible in the workplace. 5) Employees are being exposed to COVID-19 infection in that the employer is not providing employees alcohol based hand sanitizers or soaps to encourage proper hand hygiene practices and help reduce the spread of diseases. 6) Employees are being exposed to COVID-19 in that the employer is not actively encouraging sick employees to stay home.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 65
