1. Management is not ensuring employees routinely practice social distancing, enforce the mask mandate and ensure cleaning and/or sanitizing is being conducted regularly in accordance with the CDC guidelines. 2. Management has not responded to numerous requested for the number (not names) of COVID 19 cases in the Charlotte P&DC and Mid Carolinas P&DC beginning in March 2020 to date, May 2021 (both facilities because people are able to bid from one processing plant to the other without any screening). 3. Employees who have worked around other employees who have contract the virus have not always been notified of the positive test in accordance with CDC and local guidelines to provide contract tracing.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
