At United States Postal Service located at 1100 Kings Road, Jacksonville Florida 32203: The employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), specifically, the employer is not complying with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidance for Businesses and Employers Responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019, in that employees are allowed to work without the use of a personnel protective equipment (PPE) or protective methods, such as, but not limited to a face-covering/mask and social distancing. 2. At United States Postal Service located at 1100 Kings Road, Jacksonville Florida 32203; specifically in the coffee mess: the employer is exposing employees to injury from physical contact with vermin (roaches), vermin feces and health related illnesses caused by transferable diseases from vermin, in that the employer does not have vermin control implemented at the facility that provides continuing and effective extermination of vermin when their presence is detected.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 5
