1. There have been a string of individuals that have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last month. The agency never made specific or general announcements regarding potential exposures to individuals that tested positive for the virus. When rumors about two individuals being positive surfaced, general inquiries were met with denial of knowledge that anyone at the agency tested positive. 2. Employees who were off due to being COVID-19 positive returned and informed the employee why they were off and despite having regular interaction with these positive employees, the employee was never spoken with about potential exposure by administration. 3. On two recent occasions the agency performed what they labeled as "random" COVID-19 testing at two sites. When asked directly, administrators denied testing was due to someone testing positive for COVID-19 virus. It was later learned that these testing periods were within days of staff no longer being at the agency. (mid to late November 2020). The employee was tested and returned to work without any questions or instruction. The employee never received results. When the employee asked about results a week or so later, they were told they needed to check results themselves. 4. On 12-14-20 the employee learned from a member that someone at Team Jefferson tested positive for COVID-19 and that everyone at the Team Jefferson site was being tested. The employee called the Team Jefferson Assistant Administrator and was able to learn that a staff at the site had tested positive and was sent home. There was no mention about contact or request to take a COVID-19 test. 5. The employee was working at Team East on 12-14-20 and went to the main building to inquire about getting a COVID-19 test at this site. When they asked at the reception area, they learned that building wide testing was underway because someone in that building tested positive for COVID-19. The employee pursued testing on their own. The agency never made a request. 6. After testing, the employee was asked no questions about contact and no instructions about next steps and allowed to return to work without restriction or direction. 7. When employee received a positive test result and told to quarantine, there was no conversation about who they had been in contact with on that day or any other day. 8. There still seems to be a deficit with not cleaning areas more than once in 8 hours, not cleaning contact surfaces regularly, including a heavily used phone that says clean phone after each use, and has no supplies to clean at the phone.3 weeks ago •reported by user-xbbb4564 • details
