T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3)- Since November 3 until December 18 there have been 15 confirmed cases. Team members are not being notified they've been in contact with some of those employees. T8CCR 3205(c)(7)- Masks are not being enforced. T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(B)- If a team member has been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, they're told that if they aren't showing any symptoms it's okay for them to go in without testing. It happened on multiple occasions to different team members.
