The employer did not ensure to implement a cleaning and disinfecting procedure which includes the regular cleaning of high touched surfaces in the employee transportation vans used to transport employees to the dock area for their shift. The employer did not ensure that the fleet of vehicles was inspected and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations specifically vehicles with cracked windshields, check engine lights, inoperative seatbelts and bald tires.
