1. Management does not enforce proper safety precautions to maintain a safe work environment. Masks are not being worn. 2. Employees are using various entrances to avoid temperature/COVID-19 check point. 3. There's a major outbreak currently occurring, yet management doesn't seem to be concerned about it because they're (mostly) secluded from the hourly staff. 4.
