T8CCR§3203(a) There is no disinfectant and hand towels immediately available for employees to sanitize table prior to eat at the break room (Covid-19 measure). Employees are being given just 12 minutes for the break and they cannot spend time looking for the disinfection items throughout. Physical distance cannot be maintained in the packing section, employees are approximately one feet apart from each other. Since the conveyor is set up to fast, employees have to crowd in some points to avoid the candy, falling to the floor. Employer installed plastic dividers that are directly in contact with each employee's body and made them sweat all the time. These dividers aren't being disinfected after the next shift come in. There are no hand towels in restroom located close to the office at the entrance of the production area and the one close to shipping area. These restrooms have just hot air supply. The machine #6 that feed the cardboard in packing section is not working properly. the employees have to crowd to insert the cardboard manually underneath the candy. Employees cannot keep physical distance during this task. Employer does not communicate employees exposed to COVID-19 cases. A worker (PII) who worked at the kitchen passed away a month ago and an employee learned from the family he died because of COVID. T8CCR§5142(a) A/C does not provide enough ventilation in the packing section. Since some employees complain about being cold, the maintenance section graduate the AC to high and the packing area remains hot. the peanut butter area (kitchen) does not have operational A/C and remain hot as well. Other items reported by caller. They also do not have extra-time to use restroom during breaks because the lines to use restroom are long due to the limitations with the amount of people who can be inside at the same time (Covid-19 measure) Employer has not addressed the risk of injuries to packing section's employees who constantly cross the hallway (every 5-7 minutes) to collect cardboard lids and can be hit by forklifts and pallet jacks that transit that area constantly.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1
