1) COVID screenings and temperature checks have not been done throughout this entire COVID period. Managers said it would be too much work for them to go get a thermometer to use, despite an employee offering to bring one in. 2) Employees have to come in when they are sick. 3) An employee tested positive on Monday, and the managers didn't let any of the staff know, the employees found out from the positive employee. Contact tracing may have not been done. 4) During a morning shift, the restaurant was fuller than 25% capacity and there was a table of 12, when they are only allowed to have a table of 6 currently. 5) Some of the kitchen staff and managers were not wearing a mask.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-05
