1. Employer is not excluding from the workplace employees who may have COVID-19. Employees experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 are permitted to stay at work. Employees who have requested to leave work because of symptoms consistent with COVID-19 are required to complete their work shifts. 2. Employer is not following CDC and MDH guidance on isolation. After being diagnosed with COVID-19, employees are required to return to work while still having fever and/or symptoms that are not improving. 3. Employer does not accept a positive test result from an antigen test as evidence of infection. 4. Employees are exposed unnecessarily to sick children who may have COVID-19 because the children are not sent home promptly. 5.
