1. The employees are exposed to mice and droppings due to the employer not having a continuous and effective pest control program. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.141 2. The establishment is not maintained in a sanitary manner, nor are suitable cleaning supplies available to maintain sanitary conditions. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.141 3. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not enforce the wearing of adequate face coverings as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Applicable OSHA Standard: General Duty Clause, Section 5(a)1 of OSH Act.
