1. A coworker came to work sick, told to get tested after work, and tested positive for COVID-19. The restaurant did not close down, clean, or inform employees of the results, but instead tried to keep it a secret. 2. Only the employees there that day were told to test the next day, even after requesting to leave immediately to test. 3. Kitchen staff does not wear masks or clean food areas. 4. Menus have never been cleaned. Hostess claims "it's too busy too clean them". 5. Tables are not spaced 6 ft apart. Always over crowding at the bar rail. 6. Tables and booths not sanitized, only wiped with dirty rag at the end of the night. 7. Never had temperature check or COVID-19 questions or screenings when entering building or while working. 8. Another employee with symptoms was sent home for the day and returned the following day because they were "understaffed". 9.
