1. Store is not following recommended quarantine and isolation guidance for COVID-19. Employees that have been exposed and are unvaccinated have returned to work prior to recommended quarantine times. Employees are being tested and returning to work prior to the recommended 5-7 days after exposure. Employees are being encouraged to work when sick due to limited staffing. 2. A pin that secures a chopping blade on the onion and pepper chopper is missing. Employees are using their hands to secure the blade when in use. 3.
