1. Horrocks is disregarding the current COVID orders by allowing customers to come into the market not wearing masks and telling employees to allow it. 2. Horrocks does not limit the number of customers in the market. 3. They have the implemented procedures but have told employees to disregard them when it comes to customers. 4. They have build enclosed structures outside for customers to drink in. The structures are not cleaned and have no ventilation. 5. Also the bartenders are not trained properly and allow customers to drink to much. There is not a good system in place to prevent over drinking. Employees regularly have to deal with these customers most who do not wear masks or social distance. 6.
