Did not place posters in the languages common in the employee population that encourage them to stay home when sick and to use proper hand hygiene practices. 4. Did not enforce social distancing, did not keep everyone on the worksite premises at least 6 feet from one another through the use of ground markings, signs, and physical barriers. 5. Did not designate a COVID-19 safety coordinator onsite. 6. Failure to assure the installation and use of physical barriers in areas [i.e., bar and hostess stations] where employees had frequent close contact with patrons. 7.
