1. The employer did not ensure that permanent aisles and walkways are kept reasonably clear of obstructions. T8 CCR 3272(c). 2. The employer did not ensure that the business is maintained, insofar as is practicable, to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents where materials are handled by employees. T8 CCR 3362(f). 3. The employer did not ensure to implement a cleaning and disinfecting procedure that requires the identification and cleaning of regularly touched surfaces and equipment including but not limited to door knobs, elevator buttons, handrails and other commonly touched surfaces. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(B). 4. The employer did not ensure that the saws used on site were inspected and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations. T8 CCR 3328(b). 5. The employer did not ensure that the wiring installed in the establishment is not exposed to accidental contact by employees. T8 CCR 2420.3.
