T8 CCR 5199(c)(5) PPE is not being provided to employees in adequate amounts. There is a lack of masks at several of locations, N-95s are not being provided to employees in direct contact with clients who have tested positive at the facility. T8 CCR 5199(c)(2) Employees are ill and report symptoms to employer but are asked to come to work without proper precautions . Some of these employees have since tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not implementing social distancing at the work place and held a secret santa lunch where social distancing was not practiced. T8 CCR 5199(c) Employer is not conducting exposure investigations to determine employee contact with positive cases during the course of their work and is not properly notifying employees of their potential exposure. Employer is not covering costs of COVID-196 testing for employees who have been exposed at work. T8 CCR 5199(c)(6)(B) Employer is not receiving recommendations from physicians as to whether or not employees should be subject to precautionary removal from workplace due to exposure.
