Placed 3 orders from Bed, Bath & Beyond Ad off Facebook at the end of June 2023. Made several attempts to contact them regarding my orders but they have never responded. I thought since it was on FB that it would be legit, but such is not the case. Now when I click on "visit store" it is closed.

Constant unordered shipments of Chinese trash. I have received (2) small yellow smiley face backpacks and now (3) ugly unordered necklaces. I don’t know who is responsible for shopping these items. I just want it to stop.
