1. In the last few weeks, two employees have had COVID-19 and one is still in the hospital ICU. Other employees were not notified so that they would be aware if they had been exposed. Some of the employees have not been wearing face masks, since they thought they were "in the clear". 2. The ceiling of the back room in the lobby leaks and there is black mold present.
