3955 Patient Care Drive, Lansing, 48911 Michigan, United States

1. There are eight confirmed cases of COVID at the facility. Management did not notify employees about these positive cases. Employees who are immunocompromised or have immunocompromised dependents were not informed of these positive cases. 2. An employee who tested positive for COVID-19 on 10/31/2021 was told to return to work on 11/08/2021. 3. The facility is not routinely cleaned or maintained in a sanitary manner. Employees must deep clean their own spaces as the contracted cleaning company does not effectively clean. 4. Employees work in small office spaces with less than six feet between the employees. 5. Employee and visitor temperatures are checked until 4:30, at which time anyone can enter the facility as temperatures are no longer being checked.

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA

I purchased 10 Blouses for $24.99 plus shipping on May 3rd and was Scammed Lied to by this Fraudulent Company! I never received them. Lied they are shipped from the USA on Facebook advertisement yet they told me they come from China! I have Not received My Refund ☹️
