T8CCR 3205 - There are employees that are COVID-19 positive and they are not sanitizing the trucks between drivers. T8CCR 3364(b) - Bathrooms are a mess, they are falling apart. They do not have enough stall, there is only one. T8CCR 3362(f) - There are rodents and rats in the warehouse. T8CCR 3362(a) - Breakroom is filthy. T8CCR 3241(c) - Hazard on how cardboard bales are stacked in the yard. T8CCR 3225(a)(1) - Bales are blocking exits in the warehouse.
