1. Employees are not informed when close contact is made with COVID positive employees, no contact tracing is being done, and management is trying to hide the fact that there are COVID positive employees. 2. No requirement to be tested after exposure, unless symptomatic, and getting tested is discouraged by management. 3. Employees are told they are safe because masks are being worn, but masks are worn incorrectly by many employees, and masks are frequently removed. Masks are not enforced by management. 4.
