1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19. It was reported that employees with COVID-19 symptoms are not required to isolate from work, employees are not given time off to isolate or get the vaccine, the employer has not provided information and training to employees related to COVID-19 and the workplace policies in place to help mitigate the spread, and mask use is not enforced. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2) Employees are potentially exposed to safety hazards related to blocked exit routes. It was reported that multiple walkways throughout the facility are blocked and prevent accessible egress. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.37. 3) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards related to inadequate sanitation. It was reported that there is evidence of the presence of rodents in the service department offices, and management has not taken action to mitigate the issue. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.141.
