T8CCR 3205(c)(6)- There is no social distancing at desks and no safety equipment such as Plexi-glass placed between employees except in the accounts payable area. T8CCR 3205(c)(7)- Employees were told they do not need to wear their masks when seated at their desks. Employees continuously walk around improperly wearing masks or not wearing masks at all. T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(2)- The office is "disinfected" once a week but does not routinely disinfect frequently touched locations such as the time clock or microwave handles. T8CCR (c)(3)(B)(3)- There is no prompt communication from when the management learns there is a case of COVID in the office to the possibly exposed employees. For example, the management learned there was a case of COVID in the office on Tuesday, 12-29-2020 but did not inform the exposed employees until Mid Day, Thursday 12-31-2020.
