1. Employees are exposed to unsanitary conditions, in that, there are rodents in the ceiling and air vents. The employer does not have a pest control program. 2. Employees are exposed to injury from deteriorating ceilings that are falling down onto employees. 3. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 infection, in that, the employer does not follow CDC guidelines on face cover use, testing and sanitation.
