Employer not protecting employees from Covid-19 exposure due to poor face coverings/masks given to patients at the workplace. Employer not separating high risk patients from low risk patients exposing employees to infection. Employer not posting Covid-19 guidelines (sign/posters) at entrances providing instruction on hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, and cough etiquette (there are in some staff areas, but not in all patient areas).
