1. The employer would like for employees to return to work if they test negative without any PPE- other than just a face mask. 2. They would like for employees to return back to work without making sure that those who test negative, will not contract it upon returning to work. 3. They said that they would have a cleaning crew come in to sterilize the plant and the work area but this has not been confirmed. 4. The workers are working within 4 feet of each other without any barriers, i.e. face shields, partition. 5. Face mask are optional. 6. Temperatures are not checked at the front door, before production starts. 7. The place is not very sanitary for the workers. 8.
