1. There are no strict protocols because these buildings are in constant use and no cleaning is being done to protect the staff or the public. Spraying disinfect on a table is not cleaning. Bathrooms are not cleaned, floors are not mopped. These building are being used 7 days a week for about 20 hurs a day. The cleaning staff may show up and garbage is removed from the build and this is consider cleaning. Doors, handles and shared areas are not being cleaned. Floors, windows and glass that are constantly touched by visitors and children can be found day after day with the same finger prints from the day before. 2. People are allowed to come and go without any contact and tracing information gather. Sick staff and children attending the club are allowed to remain in the building exposing other staff members to symptoms and the virus. 3. This is the 4th time the Diehl Boys and Girls Club has been shut down. However, the staff have already exposed and are frequently visiting the other locations without the staff being made aware of the possibility that the virus has been detected at the other club sites. 4. They continue to put pressure on employees to return to work with a simple Covid test and not the promoting to quarantine at home until cleared to work. 5. In the gym area that is been rented to the community, they are allowed to be in the gym with their masks under the chin. Additionally, the children share this same space during regular business hours and they too are allowed to remove masks or pull down under the chin. This area is highly used daily and it is more than 50 to 100 people who are in this space with no social distance.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
