1. An employee revealed that they had tested positive for COVID-19 and was contagious while working in the establishment. This was reported to the business by the employee, but this information was never communicated to those coworkers who were potentially exposed. Employees aren't able to always practice social distancing and furthermore they interact a lot with customers during a given shift. Furthermore, there are employees working in the establishment who care for individuals who are considered high risk. 2. An employee who was showing symptoms was required to still work. The employer is not administering any type of check list, and furthermore is not taking any employee temperatures.
