1. The employer has not implemented effective procedures for screening employees with COVID-19 symptoms. The current screening program requires screening questionnaires to be completed, submitted, and reviewed each day. These practices are not being implemented, employees are coming to work without completing the screening questionnaires, and there is no review or follow up to ensure they are completed. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(B) 2. The employer did not evaluate how to maximize the quantity of outdoor air and whether it is possible to increase filtration efficiency to the highest level compatible with the existing ventilation system. The employer has not yet installed MERV 13 filters in compatible and existing ventilation systems. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(E) 3. The employer does not ensure that face coverings are worn by employees over the nose and mouth when indoors and when outdoors and less than six feet away from another person. The Campus Supervisor and Principal among other employees routinely fail to wear face coverings. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A) 4. There is no updated emergency action plan for emergencies (i.e. earthquakes).
