Regulatory Report
3100 Cherry Hill Road, Ann Arbor, 48105 Michigan, United States
1. An employee that tested positive for COVID on December 30th, but staff and volunteers weren't informed until after the quarantine period for the employee had passed and they returned to work. Other staff that had been in close contact (because the job requires them to be) with that person weren't informed and therefore were unable to quarantine themselves. 2. The employer doesn't regulate how many people are in the building or in the rooms. There are signs posted and statements released but the follow through isn't there. Staff are then required to go into the already packed rooms and to help the customers/animals. Every other week a "Love Train" event is held where the public waits in line; there is no social distancing or monitoring of the number of persons in the building or in the room where it's held. 3. The break room isn't big enough to social distance between 3 occupants; a bigger room was offered but it is almost always used for public events for the public. 4. Thermometers that staff and volunteers have been provided do not always work and people have just been guessing their temperatures. 5. Contact tracing or tracing at all has been a joke because the employer isn't telling anyone when staff or volunteers have tested positive.2 weeks ago •reported by user-fxhb6162 • details
