120 North 1st Street, Ashland, 97520 Oregon, United States

Counter staff and patrons not wearing masks correctly. This occurred on Friday, Feb 5, at 0430pm. a) One of the counter clerks was wearing ONLY a face shield, no mask, and her face shield was pulled up high on her forehead so that her mouth was not shielded at all. This is not in compliance with current OHA/CDC guidance that a face shield alone isn't sufficient. Maybe the clerk needs additional training on protective measures. b) There was a patron who was wearing his mask below his nose, and another patron who was only wearing a bandana loosely tied around his face. There were no free masks available for patrons who may not have had adequate masks.
