shielded at all. This is not in compliance with current OHA/CDC guidance that a face shield alone isn't sufficient. Maybe the clerk needs additional training on protective measures. b) There was a patron who was wearing his mask below his nose, and another patron who was only wearing a bandana loosely tied around his face. There were no free masks available for patrons who may not have had adequate masks.

There is a plastic shield available nearby yet it would not protect the public from his droplets or aerosol.
There is a sign on the door that said that no-one could enter the space without a mask. It is not safe for the employees, particularly those serving the public not to have a mask on.

stop any further activity with this entity. I found a phone number for the company Subgenix Products in the bottle. 800-609-4174 and called it. The receptionist answered in a foreign language which sounded oriental and I also heard what sounded like Spanish. When I requested an English speaking person to assist, they hung up the phone. I called again with the same results.
