1. All employees have not been instructed on Covid protocol. 2. Covid-19 disinfectant is not utilized and proper sanitation procedures are not followed when cleaning tables. High touch points do not get cleaned at all and bathrooms have no log-in display for public. 3. Employees are required to come in, even if throwing-up or displaying Covid symptoms. 4.
