'- Failure to follow proper covid-19 procedures. - Employees do not wear gloves when putting hands near or in food, such as fries, nuggets, and sides. - Employees do not wash their hands regularly, or not at all. - Sanitation of the lobby, kitchen, and service area is not done. - When out of the customer's sight, employees do not wear masks, and the night crew does not wear them in general, especially in the kitchen. - The employee operating the window handles customers' food and money without wearing protection or using different methods for the protection of the customer. - When checking and monitoring for covid-19, the managers are negligent when making sure employees are safe. Managers falsify temperature taking and fail to take symptoms of the virus seriously. - An employee had several symptoms and was very sick but proceeded to work the entire day because of being understaffed. - The employer fails to follow health procedures such as serving food that is old and stale and fails to keep kitchen-cleaning a priority. - The building and kitchen only get mopped once a day, creating unsafe floor surfaces from grease to slippery food. - Employees also do drugs and smoke inside of the restaurant, and then breathe all over and do not wash their hands.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
