1. Sanitation is not being adequately conducted. 2. Proper PPE is not provided and there are no cleaning supplies being handed out to any of the transportation drivers to properly clean their vehicles. Drivers are at risk in vehicles directly after a driver contracted COVID-19. 3. There have been no safety talks since last July of 2020. 4. No contract tracing is being performed. 5. Blue bucket with wipes for drivers is not a recommended sanitation chemical for COVID per CDC recommendations. **Hazard Location: Entire facilities more than 1 building actually 2 buildings.
