The workroom is dirty and dangerous: 1) There is dead animal cargo inside the building and you can smell the stench of animal carcass.. 2) The building has poor ventilation contributing to toxic air including paper dust, vehicle emissions, and biological contaminants. 3) The workroom is not being cleaned properly resulting in the build up of combustible paper dust. 4) Truck drivers from out of state are entering the facility without being screened for Corona virus. 5) Employees are not being screened and tested for corona virus before entering the facility.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 500
