1. Employees are concerned about fire hazards caused be the employer utilizing a propane heater and leaving it unattended. 2. Employees are experiencing coughing and breathing issues due to the poor indoor air quality. The presence of mold, propane and chemicals fumes have affected the air quality. There are not carbon monoxide detectors in the area. 3. The employer does not provide gloves for employees cleaning toilets. 4. Employees are required to work in the basement where there is poor illumination, exposing employees to injuries.
